Submission of this application confirms that the business and business contact agree to pay the monthly fees required for the selected participation level (for at least three months) and be open during dates and times of Franklin Art Scene (6pm-9pm on the first Friday of every month). Business sponsors are not required to be open. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in participation probations or removal in Franklin Art Scene activities.
