Note: some site locations may choose the artist, selected artists from locations are exempt from first right of refusal designation.

Submission of this application confirms that the artist agrees to be present and available during dates and times of Franklin Art Scene (6pm-9pm on the first Friday of every month), make reasonable effort to provide different art to display every month and provide set-up and take-down of art displays before and after the event. Failure to comply with these requirements may result in probations or removal of participation in Franklin Art Scene activities.
